Returns & Refunds

At NocturneNova, we want you to sleep well — and to feel good about your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. For hygiene reasons, earplugs and sleep masks that have been used or removed from their sealed packaging can only be returned if they are defective.

Right of withdrawal (EU / UK customers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by email (see Contact below). This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at fayzyvariety@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the item back with a tracked service and keep your proof of shipment.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in that case, we cover the cost.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return the one you have and place a new order.
